Step 2: Acquire STAR

Method 1: Automatic Acquisition via USDO Transactions

Every USDO transaction will be subject to a 10% transaction tax, with the collected tax allocated to the cashback pool. Users paying this tax will be eligible to receive cashback rewards in the form of STAR, issued at a rate of 10 USDO tax per Star.

• Steps:

  1. Perform a transaction or payment using USDO.

  2. Await confirmation; STAR will be automatically added to your balance.

Note: You can also use our Ouropay interface to perform the transaction and send funds to anyone.

Method 2: Minting via STAR Minter

Convert your USDO to STAR directly through a designated STAR Minter, subject to a 1% fee.

• Steps:

  1. Access the Minter Interface

     • Navigate to the "Minter" section of the platform.

  2. Select Minter

     • Choose a STAR Minter from the list.

  3. Review Details

     • Check the minter’s remaining daily limit.

     • Note the 1% minting fee.

  4. Mint OuroSTAR

     • Click the "Mint" button to initiate the conversion from USDO to STAR.

     • Approve the transaction in your wallet if prompted.

  5. Completion

     • Once confirmed, your STAR balance will be updated, and the USDO will be deducted.
